Sqn Ldr Dimple Rawat(Retd) is an HR professional with 21 years of experience in both Defence as well as corporate. She is the State council member for WICCI(Women Indian Chamber of Commerce Industry) UPHR. She is  Speaker , Influencer , Award winner , Passionate for any women cause and has a mission to empower/enable the women community. She delivers Leadership talks, women empowerment talks & motivation talks.

She served in Indian Air Force for 11 years as SSC officers. There she has worked in different portfolios including Flight Commander Tech flight for the Russian missiles system, HR Flight commander.

She began her journey in the corporate with Vanderlande Industries where she was HR Head. For the past 9 years she is associated with Barco Electronic Systems Pvt Ltd and working as Deputy General Manager HR. She is a strong believer of challenging the status quo and continuously upskilling the team. She always keeps empathy and compassions above self. She believes in unleashing the talent of teams , working in collaborative style and giving back to society.

She holds a degree in Engineering, MBA in HR and a certificate from IIM Kolkata.

She enjoys exploring new places, CSR activities and is an avid reader.
